One of the Alice Desert Festivals most popular acts, the Asante Sana choir will be performing alongside 10 Tenor member Boyd Owen at Ormiston Gorge, West MacDonnell National Park in a change of location from Trephina Gorge, where the event was originally scheduled.

Owen. “Speaking on behalf of the choir, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have a member of the Ten Tenors join us in performing at this fantastic event in such breathtaking surroundings”

“The opportunity to join Asante Sana at Ormiston Gorge as part of the Alice Desert Festival is immensely exciting. As a member of The Ten Tenors, I spend most of my life touring the world and have been waiting for the opportunity to return and tour my home country. I can’t think of a better place to begin than in the red centre at such an iconic event – I know this will be a highlight of my year!”
The rugged scenery of Ormiston Gorge has made the location a favourite of locals and travelers alike and offers visitors all the spectacular geology and landforms of the MacDonnell Ranges.
