CHANGE OF VENUE: FESTIVAL CLUB MOVES FROM TELEVISION HOUSE TO ANZAC OVAL

After a massive opening weekend, the Alice Desert Festival continues with four nights of live entertainment at Anzac Oval, in a change of venue from Television House. The new, unique space will be made up of three large heated, covered domes where the audience can witness high calibre local and interstate performances for four fabulous nights!
Thursday night – Poetry Slam & Hip Hop
Featuring Morganics, Catch the Fly, Kelly Lee Hickey plus more!
For the first time the Alice Desert Festival hosts the National Poetry Slam heat and then explores further into lyrical landscapes with a class line-up of narrating navigators to guide you through.

Friday night – Cat’s Meow Cabaret presents: Nine lives Cabaret Club
Dress up and prepare to witness with the crème de la crème of Central Australian Cabaret performances and DJs mixed with a splattering of interstate acts and guest MC, circus, comedy and burlesque performer Annabel Lines.

Saturday night – Fiesta!
Featuring Flap plus more!
Get ready for an intoxicating night of high energy live music, wild dance, vivid colours and alluring tastes. Prizes for the best ‘day of the dead’ and fiesta dress ups.

Sunday Sessions
Featuring Minority Sun plus more!
As the Festival celebrations draw to a close come wind down and sooth your soul to sweet local sounds of jazz, blues, jive, reggae and rootsy world grooves.
